The
2003 JohnLodge.com Member Party was held at The Art of Music gallery in
the Desert Passage Shops at the Aladdin Hotel.
Kristian
seemed to enjoy talking to the crowd as we all awaited John's appearance.

John
and Kristian welcome the rather large crowd to the party. Just as
last year, it was funny and sweet to hear Kristian stumble over what to
call his father, while speaking to us. It usually ended up being
"Dad - John".
|
During
one of the JL chats over the winter, John mentioned that, if the greet
was held on Sunday morning, he'd miss his golf game. Someone jokingly
suggested we meet on the putting green. Apparently, John liked that
idea, and it became the "theme" for the 2003 party.
A "putting
green" was set up on each side of the store, and guests were allowed three
tries to make one putt. There was a lot of laughing and cutting up,
and I think everyone advanced to the next level.
